Description

A delightful appetizer featuring fresh peaches and creamy whipped ricotta, perfect for spring dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, diced
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spread the ricotta mixture on each slice of baguette.
  4. Top with diced peaches.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  6. Place the bruschetta on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes.
