- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 baguette, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the ricotta mixture on each slice of baguette.
- Top with diced peaches.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Place the bruschetta on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes.
