- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1/4 cup almond slices
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and place it on a baking sheet.
- Arrange the sliced peaches on top of the puff pastry.
- Sprinkle sugar and almond slices over the peaches.
- Drizzle vanilla extract over the top.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter tart, increase the sugar to 1/2 cup.
- Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for added flavor.
