Description

Deliciously rich and fudgy peanut butter brownies that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
  6. If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
