A deliciously indulgent recipe that combines the rich flavors of peanut butter and caramel in a sweet, pull-apart bread.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the peanut butter, milk, and melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the batter and sprinkle with chopped peanuts if using.
- Pour the remaining batter on top and finish with the rest of the caramel sauce.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use crunchy peanut butter.
- Serve warm with additional caramel sauce drizzled on top.
- This bread can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
