Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the peanut butter, milk, and melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  5. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the batter and sprinkle with chopped peanuts if using.
  6. Pour the remaining batter on top and finish with the rest of the caramel sauce.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use crunchy peanut butter.
  • Serve warm with additional caramel sauce drizzled on top.
