Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into egg shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze the peanut butter eggs for about 30 minutes until firm.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil together until smooth.
  6. Dip each frozen peanut butter egg into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  7. Return the chocolate-covered eggs to the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
