Description

A delicious no-bake dessert that combines creamy peanut butter and chocolate for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
  4. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  5. Spread a layer of the peanut butter mixture over the graham crackers.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the peanut butter mixture on top.
  7. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top layer.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
