A delicious no-bake dessert that combines creamy peanut butter and chocolate for a delightful treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package of graham crackers
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread a layer of the peanut butter mixture over the graham crackers.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the peanut butter mixture on top.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top layer.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
