- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until well combined.
- Mix in half of the crushed Oreo cookies into the cheesecake mixture.
- Using a cookie scoop, form small balls of the mixture and roll them in the remaining Oreo crumbs.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
