- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter and honey until well combined.
- Add the rolled oats and protein powder, stirring until fully incorporated.
- If desired, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
