- 1 cup of pepperoni slices
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Layer the pepperoni slices and shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Cut the log into 1-inch pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
