Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.
- Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
- Pour the vegetable oil into a muffin tin, filling each cup about 1/4 full.
- Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven for 5 minutes until the oil is hot.
- Carefully remove the tin and pour the batter into each cup, filling them halfway.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the puddings are puffed and golden brown.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
Notes
- Ensure the oil is very hot before adding the batter for maximum rise.
- Do not open the oven door while baking to prevent deflation.
