- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
