Description

A refreshing and tangy salad featuring pickled cucumbers, onions, and bell peppers.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, onions, and bell peppers.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and black pepper until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Pour the vinegar mixture over the vegetables and stir well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
