Ingredients

- 2 cups cucumbers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, onions, and bell peppers.
- In a separate bowl, mix the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and black pepper until the sugar dissolves.
- Pour the vinegar mixture over the vegetables and stir well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
