A quick and easy recipe for a delicious taco bake using Pillsbury Crescent Rolls.

- 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and salsa to the beef, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Unroll the crescent rolls and place them in a greased baking dish, pressing them together to form a crust.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly over the crescent roll crust.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the beef mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with sour cream and green onions if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to customize with your favorite taco toppings.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with black beans or lentils.
