- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and crushed pineapple until well blended.
- Add the chopped pecans, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Form the mixture into a ball shape and wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, roll the cheese ball in additional chopped pecans if desired.
