Description

A delightful fusion of juicy chicken and sweet pineapple on skewers, perfect for grilling.


Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • Pineapple, cut into pieces
  • Soy sauce
  • Honey
  • Garlic, minced
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Skewers


Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add chicken chunks to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Soak skewers in water if using wooden ones while the chicken is marinating.
  4. Preheat the grill.
  5. Thread chicken and pineapple pieces onto the skewers alternately.
  6. Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  7. Remove from grill and serve hot.

Notes

For added flavor, alternate with bell peppers or onions on the skewers.
