- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, pineapple juice, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well blended.
- Fold in the crushed pineapple gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl.
- Once the cake is done, let it cool for 10 minutes before drizzling the glaze over the top.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.
