- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the bell pepper and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the diced pineapple and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
