Description

A refreshing and vibrant dish perfect for spring, combining the sweetness of pineapple with fluffy rice.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the bell pepper and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in the diced pineapple and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing well to combine.
