Ingredients

  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
  3. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
