A deliciously unique pasta salad perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 pound rotini pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup diced cucumbers
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Feel free to add other vegetables or proteins as desired.
- This salad can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
