Ingredients

- 1 pound rotini pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup diced cucumbers
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup creamy dressing (such as ranch or Italian)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, black olives, and shredded chicken.
- Add the creamy dressing and mix well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- This salad can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
