Description

Delicious and fluffy pink coconut snowball cake bars, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of white cake mix
  • 1 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup of pink frosting
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Fold in the shredded coconut until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool completely before frosting.
  7. Spread the pink frosting over the cooled cake.
  8. Cut into bars and serve.
