- ¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt (fine ground, food-grade only)
- 10 ounces warm, filtered water
- Optional: fresh lemon juice, a pinch of Ceylon cinnamon, or a drop of raw honey
Instructions
- Warm the water until just above body temperature—not boiling.
- Stir in the pink salt until fully dissolved using a wooden or glass utensil.
- Add any optional ingredients.
- Drink slowly, first thing in the morning, ideally on an empty stomach.
- Wait 15–30 minutes before eating breakfast.
Notes
Use a pinch of Ceylon cinnamon in colder months for warmth and blood sugar support. Make this a regular habit—start a few times a week and build up to daily for best results.
