Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat together the powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping and spread the mixture over the crust.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the pistachio pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  7. Spread the pistachio pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Before serving, garnish with chopped pistachios.
