Ingredients

- 1 cup pistachios, shelled
- 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the mushrooms until soft.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, feta, parmesan, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Add the sautéed mushrooms and pistachios to the cheese mixture.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into a prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before serving.
