- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 4 hamburger buns
- Olive oil for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with Italian seasoning.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni.
- Cover the grill to melt the cheese.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns and adding any additional toppings you desire.
