- Butter for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Knead the mixture until it forms a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into flat rounds.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the potato rounds for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with butter or your favorite toppings.
