Ingredients

  • 1 package of frozen potstickers
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped bok choy
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the chicken or vegetable broth and water. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add the frozen potstickers to the boiling broth and cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms, bok choy, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the pot.
  4. Reduce heat and let simmer for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or spinach.
  • For a spicier version, add chili flakes or sriracha.
  • This soup can be made vegetarian by using vegetable broth and potstickers.
