Description

A comforting and flavorful bowl of Potsticker Soup featuring tender dumplings, fresh vegetables, and aromatic broth.


Ingredients

  • Pork dumplings
  • Chicken or shrimp (optional)
  • Broth (chicken or vegetable)
  • Soy sauce
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Green onions
  • Carrots
  • Cabbage
  • Sesame oil


Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil over medium heat in a large pot.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and add the carrots and cabbage.
