- 12 slices prosciutto

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large sheet pan with foil and a cooling rack.
- Trim the tough ends of the asparagus and coat the spears with olive oil spray.
- Cut the prosciutto slices in half and wrap each half around the asparagus.
- Place the wrapped asparagus on the wire rack in a single layer.
- Spritz with oil and sprinkle with black pepper.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Transfer to a platter and garnish with parmesan and parsley.
