- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
- Place a small amount of pizza sauce in the center of each square.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese and a few slices of pepperoni on top of the sauce.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create a pocket and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
