A festive and delicious fall party snack that combines the flavors of pumpkin and cheese.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crackers or veggies for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and pumpkin puree.
- Add the chopped green onions, chopped pecans, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Once chilled, remove the cheese ball from the wrap and roll it in additional chopped pecans if desired.
- Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some cayenne pepper to the mixture.
- This cheese ball can be made a day in advance for convenience.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
