- 2 cups of pumpkin puree
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

- 1/4 teaspoon of cloves
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 3 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the melted butter into the mixture and stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
