A delicious and easy-to-make pumpkin crisp that captures the flavors of autumn.
Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, evaporated milk, and eggs until well combined.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the pumpkin layer.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pumpkin is set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
- Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
