  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, evaporated milk, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the pumpkin layer.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pumpkin is set.
