  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 egg (for egg wash, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. In a bowl, mix together ricotta, pumpkin purée, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and thyme.
