Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the pumpkin puree, banana, almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, honey or maple syrup, and Greek yogurt.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
