Delicious and easy no-bake Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispie Treats perfect for fall.


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows and pumpkin pie spice, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and add the Rice Krispies cereal, stirring until well coated.
  4. If using, fold in the white chocolate chips.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
