Delicious and easy no-bake Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispie Treats perfect for fall.
Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and pumpkin pie spice, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and add the Rice Krispies cereal, stirring until well coated.
- If using, fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- For a festive touch, drizzle with additional melted white chocolate.
