- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup purple food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries and purple food coloring until evenly distributed.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

- For a more intense purple color, add more food coloring as desired.
