Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup chipotle sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or queso blanco)
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with chipotle sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties.
  4. Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. Place the cooked patties on slider buns and top with shredded cheese.
