- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup chipotle sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or queso blanco)
- 12 slider buns
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with chipotle sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Place the cooked patties on slider buns and top with shredded cheese.
- Put the sliders in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Remove from the oven and add diced onions and chopped cilantro on top.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
