- 100g dried fruit, chopped
- 150g sugar
- 100g butter
- 200g dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and sugar together over low heat.
- Once melted, stir in the chopped nuts and dried fruit.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before drizzling with melted chocolate.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
