Description

A refreshing and healthy dessert perfect for spring, made with Greek yogurt and mixed berries.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup granola (optional)


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle mixed berries and granola over the yogurt.
  5. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until firm.
  6. Once frozen, break into pieces and serve.
