- 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup strawberry cake mix
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
Instructions
- In a large bowl, measure out the Rice Chex cereal and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Once melted, pour the white chocolate over the Rice Chex cereal and gently stir to coat.
- In a separate bowl, mix the strawberry cake mix and powdered sugar together.
- Pour the cake mix mixture over the coated cereal and stir until evenly coated.
- Add the crushed freeze-dried strawberries and mix well.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet to cool before serving.
