Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, measure out the Rice Chex cereal and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Once melted, pour the white chocolate over the Rice Chex cereal and gently stir to coat.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the strawberry cake mix and powdered sugar together.
  5. Pour the cake mix mixture over the coated cereal and stir until evenly coated.
  6. Add the crushed freeze-dried strawberries and mix well.
  7. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet to cool before serving.
