Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Mix the buttermilk and melted butter in another bowl.
