Description
Deliciously rich and fudgy red velvet brownies with a hint of cocoa and a cream cheese swirl.
Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and red food coloring.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese until smooth and dollop it over the brownie batter.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.

- For a richer flavor, add a pinch of espresso powder.
