Description

Deliciously rich and fudgy red velvet brownies with a hint of cocoa and a cream cheese swirl.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and red food coloring.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese until smooth and dollop it over the brownie batter.
  7. Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl with a knife.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before cutting into squares.
