Ingredients

  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 1 cup Reggae Reggae sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the Reggae Reggae sauce over the chips.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the chips and sauce.
  5. Add the black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños on top of the cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with diced avocado and chopped green onions.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
