- 12 Medjool dates
- 4 oz Boursin cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Carefully slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit.
- Stuff each date with a generous amount of Boursin cheese.
- Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the stuffed dates.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is warm and slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper to the Boursin cheese.
