- 1 cup goat cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 head of garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the top off the head of garlic and drizzle with olive oil.
- Wrap the garlic in foil and roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes until soft.
- In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, and the roasted garlic (squeezed out of the skin).
- Mix until smooth and creamy, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
Notes
- For a stronger garlic flavor, add more roasted garlic.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
