Ingredients

- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup roasted garlic
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as parsley and dill)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap garlic cloves in foil and roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes until soft.
- In a food processor, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, roasted garlic, and olive oil.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add fresh herbs, salt, and pepper, and pulse to combine.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with additional olive oil if desired.
- Serve with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
