Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Rinse the pumpkin seeds to remove any pumpkin flesh, then pat them dry.
- In a bowl, toss the seeds with olive oil, salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week or refrigerate for up to a month. For best taste, re-roast before serving.
