Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rinse the pumpkin seeds to remove any pumpkin flesh, then pat them dry.
  3. In a bowl, toss the seeds with olive oil, salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
