- 20 Medjool dates
- 1 cup cream cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, chopped walnuts, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Stuff each date with the cream cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the dates are warm and slightly caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute walnuts with pecans or almonds.
