- 20 Medjool dates
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit.
- In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, chopped walnuts, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Stuff each date with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until warm and slightly golden.
- Serve warm as a delicious appetizer or sweet treat.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute walnuts with pecans or almonds.
