Description

A delightful twist on the classic tiramisu, this Rose Tiramisu is made without raw eggs, making it a safe and delicious dessert option.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brewed rose tea, cooled
  • 1 package ladyfinger cookies
  • Edible rose petals for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled rose tea for a few seconds, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
  5. Layer the soaked ladyfingers in a serving dish, followed by a layer of the mascarpone mixture.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone layer on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  8. Before serving, garnish with edible rose petals.
