- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup brewed rose tea, cooled
- 1 package ladyfinger cookies
- Edible rose petals for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled rose tea for a few seconds, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
- Layer the soaked ladyfingers in a serving dish, followed by a layer of the mascarpone mixture.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone layer on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, garnish with edible rose petals.
